Should you wish to return anything bought from us because you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

We are to be notified of a return by email or phone 0845 5191982 within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you do not let us know within this time, you forfeit the right to return the goods unless they are faulty.

All goods must be returned in original, undamaged retail packaging. Returned items must be sufficiently well packed for shipping - items which become damaged in return due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded. Once you have packed you item for return please send via your normal package service (usually via the post office) to
